Terms and Conditions

Application:

  • Customers can sign up for an account via our online registration form.* Account needs to be activated in-store to start enjoying member benefits.
  • Activation of membership is immediate with a nett purchase of $150 in a single receipt in-store.
  • Only one application per customer is allowed.
  • Applicant must be 16 years old and above.
  • Open for Singaporean/ Permanent Residents/ Foreigners (holders of Employment Pass/Work Permit/Student Pass/ Training Pass) only.
  • Applicant must have a valid local mailing address.*
  • Purchase made using VIP discounts will not be entitled to apply for a new membership.*
  • By registering for the VIP programme, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

VIP Membership:

  • VIP membership is not transferable.
  • Members are required to provide their unique identifier (mobile phone no. registered with bossini) to enjoy member benefits in-store.*
  • bossini reserves the right to amend the benefits/privileges without prior notice and to reject any application without prejudice to any party.
  • Membership is only valid for purchases in-store.

VIP Points:

  • Wef 1 April 2023, point redemption is available at bossini.X and all bossini stores excluding bossini Chinatown Point. Exclusions (final marked-down items) may apply, check in-store for details.
  • Redemption may only be made upon the verification of your identity in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Redemption may be made by you personally attending and providing your registered mobile number at the cashiers in participating bossini stores, or via any other means as determined by us from time to time in our absolute discretion.*
  • All unused points will be forfeited every year on 31 Dec^, without prior notice.
  • Points are not transferable.
  • Points earned are calculated on nett spent and are rounded down to the nearest point.
  • Upon accumulation of minimum 100 points, you can redeem B$5.
  • New members: Amount spent for VIP application is not entitled to earn points.*
