What is your Exchange Policy?

If the item does not fit you, we will be happy to exchange the item with the following criteria met:

  • One-time exchange only
  • Exchange within 7 days from date of purchase
  • Exchange with proof of purchase (original receipt)
  • Item must be in original and sellable condition (unwashed, unworn, with price tag intact)
  • Items purchased at bossini Singapore physical retail stores
If the product has sold out on your required size, you will be able to exchange for an item that is of the same price. bossini Singapore reserves the rights to decline exchange if the above conditions are not met.

Due to a system limitation, please note that the additional terms apply for purchases at bossini Jewel (as of 1 Oct 2019):

  • bossini Jewel will not accept exchanges of products purchased from other bossini stores.
  • bossini Jewel will only accept exchange of items for size and colour.

Exchange Policy Exceptions

We do our best to ensure a happy experience for all.

However, we are not able to accept exchanges beyond 7 days from the date of purchase.

For hygiene purposes, you will not be able to exchange undergarments, bodywear and accessories (including belts, socks, scarves and umbrellas).

These promotional items are also non-exchangeable: premiums, marked-down/sales items and gift vouchers.

How do I exchange my item(s)?

Please ensure that the item(s) meet our exchange criteria and you may bring the product down to any of our stores for exchange. At our store, our staff will then ascertain that the exchange criteria have been met and assist you with the exchange.

Return/Refunds

Products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. They are only valid for exchange for the same price or same sized product.

We have an overall size guide available here. If you have further questions relating to the fit, material or require specific measurements, please head to our stores, our staff will be happy to advise you.

Where are your stores located?

We have more than 15 stores located across Singapore. For store locations and operating hours please refer here.

What are your store operating hours?

Our stores located at the malls usually operate from 10am–10pm. Please refer to each of the stores’ individual listings for specific timings. Also, our store operating hours may have been adjusted to mitigate the risks of COVID-19.

Do you have an online store?

You may head to our online international shop (ships directly from Hong Kong) or visit ZALORA.sg/bossini to purchase bossini products. Please note that the product prices may differ. To enjoy our best offers (bundle pricing and storewide discounts), perhaps a wider product range and your membership privileges (if applicable), please head to our physical stores.

How does VIP membership work?

Spend and get rewarded—our members are able to earn points on their purchases and redeem the accumulated points to offset their purchases. Enjoy 15% off regular-priced items. Plus, earn 2X points for purchases during your birthday month (up to $500 nett purchase). Please find out more here.

How do I sign up for an account?

To sign up, simply fill up the form here. Please note that membership will only be activated automatically with $150 nett spend. You will be able to enjoy your member privileges on your next purchase.

Who can sign up for an insider account/membership?

You must be 16 years old and above and have a valid local mailing address. Our membership is open to all Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and foreigners who are holders of Employment Passes/Work Permits/Student Passes/ Training Passes only. Please view our full membership T&Cs here.

I have more than one email address/mobile number. How many membership accounts can I register for?

You may only register for one membership account at any one time. Please register your membership with your preferred email address and phone number. This membership is non-transferable.

Are there any fees to join bossini VIP membership?

No, simply sign up for an account and get upgraded to a bossini membership with a minimum S$150 nett spend in a single receipt at any of our stores. Once you are logged in the portal with your password, you will be able to see your membership status (A: member, B: insider).

How do I enjoy my membership privileges?

To enjoy membership privileges, please ensure that your account has been upgraded (upgrade is automatic when you have spent $150 nett in a single receipt) to a membership account.

On your next purchase after your membership upgrade, you will simply need to provide your registered mobile number for our staff to verify your identity —there is no membership card.

Does my membership expire?

No, your membership with bossini Singapore is lifetime.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points through your in-store purchases. Points earned are calculated on nett spent and are rounded down to the nearest point.
Every $1 spent = 1 point
Enjoy 2x points for purchases during your birthday month (up to $500 nett purchase).
E.g. VIP spent $50.60 nett.
Non-birthday month purchase = 50 points earned
Birthday month purchase = 100 points earned

Retrospective points will not be entertained. Points will be added to receipts on the same day of purchase. Points will only be awarded for your own purchases. If any member is found using other than their own purchases to accumulate points, bossini reserves the right to terminate their membership.

Upon accumulation of minimum 100 points, you can redeem B$5.

How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points at most of our stores*, with a minimum point balance of 100 points. 100 points offsets $5 total bill in a single receipt. Once redeemed, points are non-refundable. Member must provide your registered mobile number during your purchase to enjoy all your membership privileges. Membership and points are not transferable and VIP must be present during the purchase.

Where can I redeem my points?

Participating stores for point redemption refer to our stores located at Bugis Junction, Causeway Point, Clementi Mall, Compass One, IMM*, Jewel Changi Airport, Jurong Point, Lot One Shoppers’ Mall, Lucky Plaza, PLQ Mall, United Square and Tampines Mall.

*With effect from 1 March 2019. Updated 5 September 2019.

Can I earn and redeem my points for my online purchase(s)?

No, points cannot be earned and redeemed for online purchases. All membership privileges are currently only valid for offline purchases at bossini Singapore stores.

Do my points expire?

Yes, all unused points will be forfeited every year on 30 June.

How can I check my point balance?

Log in to the portal with your registered email address and password. Once logged in, you will be able see your current points balance and up to your last three points transaction.

Gift Vouchers
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do have $10, $20 and $50 vouchers available for purchase at most of our stores.

Can I use my gift vouchers on sales items?
Yes, you may. bossini gift vouchers are applicable for use during sale seasons, unless otherwise stated. Please note that sales, promotions and discounts are not applicable for the purchase of gift vouchers.

I have misplaced my gift voucher.
Misplaced, stolen or torn gift vouchers are not replaceable. Only original gift vouchers are accepted.

Can I exchange my gift voucher for cash?
Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, and any unused value will be forfeited.
