THINGS TO NOTE:
Ordering—Orders and order enquiries are accepted via WhatsApp/Calls only.
Processing—Cut-off timing for all orders is at 12pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. All orders will be processed every Monday, Wednesday and Friday i.e. orders placed on Wednesday (after 12pm) will be processed on Friday.
Delivery—Delivery will be charged at $6 per order. Enjoy free delivery for orders above $60 nett. You will receive your orders within 3 business days from the date of processing via Airpak.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds—Please bring the item(s) for exchange to any of our retail stores within 14 days of re-opening (TBC2). Exchange must include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging. We will not accept any refund of items. If a parcel is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost for re-delivery.
Payment—Payment will be made via QR code. No other payment modes are available. Payment QR Code will be provided after your order has been confirmed. Please note that bossini gift vouchers and other vouchers and promotions are not applicable for #stayhome purchases. Also, VIP3 membership points will not be earned or cannot be redeemed to offset #stayhome purchases.
1 We are unable to ship to any PO Box, military or protected areas. We are also unable to ship to the following locations in Singapore: Changi Airfreight Centre, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, MINDEF COMCEN and PSA Terminal Wharves—Tanjong Pagar/Pasir Panjang/Sembawang.
