Home Delivery

We have made some collections available for home delivery so that you can choose to purchase them from the comfort of your home.

Please note that from 2 Nov, our home delivery promotions will be revised to:

  • Orders above $80 nett: get free local shipping & lifetime membership (new sign ups only)

Ordering:

Processing:

  • We will process all orders at 12pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. For example, orders placed on a Wednesday (after 12pm) will be processed on the Friday in the same week.

Delivery:

  • Deliveries will be charged at $6 per order.
  • Enjoy free delivery for orders above $80 nett (wef 2 Nov 2020).
  • You will receive your orders within 3-5 business days from the date of processing via Airpak.

  • We will only accept payment via PayNow QR (provided after your order has been confirmed by our sales staff).
  • Bossini gift vouchers, other vouchers and promotions and VIP2 membership privileges (including points earning and dollars offset) are not applicable for online purchases.

  • Please bring the item(s) for exchange to any of our retail stores within 14 days of purchase.
  • The items for exchange should include proof of purchase, tags and accompanying packaging.
  • There will not be any refund of items.
  • If a parcel is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost for re-delivery.

1 We are unable to ship to any PO Box, military or protected areas and the following locations in Singapore: Changi Airfreight Centre, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, MINDEF COMCEN and PSA Terminal Wharves.
VIP member privileges are not applicable for online purchases (i.e. no further discount, accumulation or redemption of points). New memberships (with qualifying purchases above $80 nett) will be activated within 5-7 working days.
