We will accept a one-time exchange provided that the following guidelines are met:

✔ Exchange within 7 days of purchase

✔ Exchange with proof of purchase (original receipt)

✔ Item must be in original condition (with price tag intact)

✔ Items purchased in-store at bossini Singapore

✔ Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Head to your nearest store with your exchange item and original receipt
2. The team in store will confirm that our exchange policy has been met and help you with an exchange
